“It was really disappointing stay. Fits of all there was no 24/7 reception even I have arrived almost at check in time. The manager finally arrived in 30 minutes after I have asked neighbor hotel to call him. When he arrived, he was aggressive and insist on my cancelation when I refused he called me POOR, never apologized and I felt super unsafe leaving my stuff there and staying over night there. “Our stay was amazing at the bungalow! Things just to keep in mind is you are in the middle of the jungle so we did find a lot of ants in our room and some other bugs but nothing that overly affected us. Other than that the rooms were in tip top shape and the staff was amazing. It is on a mountain so ask the receptionist about delivering food, it wasn’t overly expensive as well. They brought dinner and breakfast right to your door and we’re so kind. Would definitely stay again!! :)”
