“I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

“El Hotel esta bastante bien y a precios accesibles, el unico problema que encontramos fue en una de las habitaciones que la regadera estaba muy deteriorada y el aire acondicionado no era lo suficientemente potente para enfriar el cuarto, el dueno nos comento que era poruqe estaban renovando las habitaciones y lo solucionaron cambiando la habitacion, el personal es muy amable y siempre buscan solucionar cualquier problema que tengas, lastima que no tienen playa y que el vecindario esta un poquito...

“Very nice garden around the pool, great pool area with bar and restaurant, and the food was Great! Only negative, was the accommodation, it was spacious, BUT not specially clean, cabinets falling off hooks, no Aircon in living room, the one in the bedroom was noisy. But over all we had a fine stay, and we will be back as day users for sure.”
