Room was much smaller than anticipated and the AC unit was in the upstairs loft area so the upstairs bedroom got super cold and the downstairs bedroom was hot. Air did not circulate well. Because our room was in the front of the hotel, the balcony overlooked the busy street. It was extremely noisy and bright from the street lights in the evening. One night the place next door partied and played music all night long on a week night. Location was good and in an easily walkable area. We felt safe and hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was really good but we missed half of them because they wouldn't pack a to-go breakfast when we were leaving early. Other hotels will do that. The workers at breakfast were very nice, however. Also, the room was nice and the air conditioning cold, the mattress was amazing, but there was not a single table or any chairs in the room. We had to play cards on the bed. The towels were nice and big, especially the beach towels. I would not use the pool as there were multiple raccoons around it at night, and we wondered about them pooping and peeing right by the pool. Finally, the hotel was very quiet and in a very convenient location.

Location was great! Room was very clean as well as pool. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Only thing that could be improved is more water filters around the hotel as a few times it would be empty fast but staff were very good at refilling it as soon as we told them. Loved the location. Two blocks from the beach. Nice pool simple breakfast but The chilaquiles were good. One thing I would have liked is if the had mirrors other than the one above the restroom sink. Especially being have to share with my daughter, it made it a bit time consuming. Oh a better shower curtain system, just an idea to protect the wooden door. Everything else was amazing

Las habitaciones son limpias, sin embargo hay mosquitos, muchos mosquitos. El area del restaurante sumamente sucia, llena de mosquitos los desayunos sin sabor, el personal te atienden de mala gana. La alberca sucia, el jacuzzi lleno de arena. Entiendo que es una zona de reserva natural, porque eso nos dijo el personal, pero creo que algo pueden hacer para evitar tantos mosquito, es algo horrible que no puedes ni desayunar en esa área. Los baños que están cerca del restaurante sucios, abandonados y llenos de moscos.
