“A resort that goes above and beyond! Beautiful gorgeous & striking views. I’ll be back soon”

“Everybody was very courteous and helpful. No sandy beach. No tv in the rooms.”

“Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good.”

“Staff were good. Grounds were clean… got what we paid for, but really pretty good for a night out drinking ”

“The staff was great and helpful. The amenities were sufficient. The pool was clean. The breakfast was average. The restaurant for dinner is good. Like the parrots being raised there. Walking distance to most attractions and activities. Overall, a great stay. But the private car transport from the Mactan airport which was booked through the resort was terrible. The driver arrived 1 hour and 10 min after I got out of the airport exit with an on-time flight arrival. The worst thing was not only...

“Schone maar wat donkere kamer. Grote moderne badkamer. Uitzicht op het strand. ”

“Hey, the welcome was amazing, and they helped with bags to the room)) The beach is really nice and warm, with loads of BBQ restaurants on the beach, and they're very cheap. The hotel has it own beach restraunt which is very good value for money)) The room it's self is large and spacious. I would recommend this hotel, felt very safe as the resort has it own security ))”

Unfortunately, just one to two hours after checking in, while my wife and I were already asleep, a staff member used a master key to unlock and open our room without our permission or prior warning. We later learned that another guest had requested a room transfer,...

“The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, I wish there had been a few more amenities, especially a refrigerator and a hairdryer. Also, I contacted the resort by email before my arrival, but I did not receive a reply until the last minute, which was quite stressful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.”
