“During my stay at the hotel, there were three things that I did not like:
1.- They don't have enough parking spaces, I had to leave my car on the street, several blocks away from the hotel
2.- The invoice they gave me at the hotel does not match the amount I paid through EXPEDIA
3.- One day I had to take a cold shower because the water heaters failed.”
