First time in Italy. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Free breakfast with good selection and fruits. Beautiful view to the castle, tax boat will take you there. Also bus is available to take you to the city and a port.

Classic design, you feel like in a palace. Furniture is royal, decoration is antique. Bathrooms are beautiful. The indoor pool is warm and intimate. Staff were extremely helpful. The view to the sea and the Aragonese Castle is spectacular. Breakfast could be better.

From the second we arrived Lino went above and beyond to make us comfortable and he made sure we had dinner delivered to the hotel as we were tired and arrived just on dark. Our rooms were beautifully Italian designed and our balcony and view just spectacular !!

The moment you arrive, you're met with two long flights of stairs and no assistance from staff. After taking a flight, ferry, and taxi to reach the hotel, having to carry all of our luggage down the stairs immediately set the tone. For a 4-star hotel, I expected much better service. As many other reviews have stated, the view is beautiful, but unfortunately that's where most of the positives end. The restaurant was just okay, and breakfast was very basic for a hotel at this price point. Staff was average, and we had to ask multiple times for a crib for our baby. No one offered assistance with our luggage. The amenities were also disappointing. Concrete around the pool was peeling, and the pool was extremely deep throughout much of it, making it difficult to simply stand and relax. The biggest issue was cleanliness and maintenance. Numerous things in our room were broken, dirty, moldy, leaking, or poorly maintained. The bathtub was gross, the AC didn't work properly, and the shower panel leaked water everywhere. The property has tremendous potential because of the beautiful views, but the hotel itself needs a major renovation and much better upkeep. For the price and a property advertised as 4-star, we expected significantly better.

The Strand Delfini is a lovely hotel in a perfect setting. Beautiful rooms, fabulous terrace views, with a lovely swimming spot at the base of the property. The bathrooms are lavish but the extensively equipped shower needs a lot of limescale removed.

I stayed for two nights and was genuinely surprised by how quiet and peaceful the room was. Even though the hotel seemed busy, I didn’t hear anything through the walls. The staff at the reception gave great directions and even offered to help with my bags.

We were thrilled and amazed at the beauty of this hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient giving us a full tour of the property. Multiple pools, terraces, a spa, Sun decks down by the water to swim in the sea. Our beautifully appointed room had a spectacular view from our balcony over the sea and several islands. Not only is the hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the islands, it is a work of art and fine Italian craftsmanship. Spectacular Mosiac tiles, beautiful woodwork with inlaid designs. A great buffet breakfast and wonderful evening dining. We did not want to leave. I know that I certainly will be back with friends and family.
