The room was basic but clean; extra pillows would have been nice (only one for each bed). However, the dining room was outstanding for dinner. I had a perfectly cooked cod dish, and my husband had a very yummy black pasta dish. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet compared well with all other hotels we visited, they all seem to have a standard selection, which is perfectly fine.

Perfect stay.

Check in was easy. The food at the hotel restaurant not only had a beautiful view but was also absolutely delicious. Also we were able to take a nice walk and hike through fields of lupine flowers from the hotel. Walkable to everything in town, including the grocery store.

Great hotel in the heart of Ísafjörður! The staff was very accommodating, as we were checking it quite late. They waited for us to serve us dinner, which was delicious. All the staff was super friendly: recepction, at the breakfast buffet, etc. We stayed in high-floor room and had a beautiful view of town. Really a great stop on a wonderful trip to Iceland.
