It was amazing . Easy, we arrived midnight and they took us to our room on a golf cart. Communicating to have the room cleaned , needed new towels , within a short time staff arrived. Jobos beach was 6 min away , crash boat 20 min. Plenty of food options outside the resort.

Villa Montana is in a wonderful location, family friendly, on a private beach with a Horse ranch next door. Our Villa was a bit small but it worked, drapes worn torn and the decor could use an upgrade. Beds on the beach needed new upholstery, looked worn and tattered. But overall a nice and peaceful getaway. Jobos Beach is nearby, lots of restaurants to choose from. Locals are great, very polite and helpful. would love to come back with the family for a reunion.

Not really clean rooms. Have to request change of the assigned villa, it was not well disclosed when selecting this facility. No such a beach view as originally described when selecting the facility. Kitchen, have to wrap all the food because little ants were present. Staff facilitates what they can do within their own field of responsibility. In general, very courteous and friendly

The property is lovely and the restaurant staff is excellent. The superior room is small but fine with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Housekeeping services were not always provided. For over $400 per night, I certainly expected to come back to a clean, well stocked room at the end of the day.

Beach Resort I really wanted to love Villa Montaña, and unfortunately this ended up being one of the biggest disappointments of our trip to Puerto Rico. We booked Villa Montaña expecting a beautiful, relaxing, upscale boutique resort experience. From pretty much the beginning of our stay, though, we were disappointed and found ourselves wishing we had stayed somewhere else. One of the biggest issues was losing power for essentially an entire day. I understand that power outages can happen in Puerto Rico and that not everything is within a hotel’s control, but when you’re paying resort prices, the way a major inconvenience like that is handled makes a huge difference. It took away an entire day of what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The room situation was another major frustration. We were already unhappy with our accommodations and eventually asked about changing rooms. Instead of the situation improving, the room we were moved/offered was actually inferior to what we already had. At that point, we were so unhappy that I was looking into leaving the resort altogether and trying to find another hotel nearby, as well as asking about a refund for the remainder of our stay. That says a lot because we had specifically chosen Villa Montaña for a romantic Puerto Rico getaway and had been looking forward to this trip for quite a while. You don’t want to spend your vacation researching other hotels because you’re trying to get out of the one you’ve already paid for. The
