The front desk staff were excellent! Very helpful and kind appreciated the extra kindness when i made a request 🙂 I would stay again as the front desk staff made all the difference. The maid knocked on my door at 920 and woke me up which i thought was a little early on a Sunday morning but otherwise very pleased with property.

We stayed for four nights. The room was very dirty. The carpet was old, worn, torn and stained. Flooring in the bathroom was coming up and was repaired with a glob of something? Everything needs updating. The breakfast is a packaged muffin and make yourself oatmeal. The location is wonderful which is why we gave it a try. Never again.

The staff was great. The parking was plentiful. The room was small and rundown but seemed clean. If this place were in any other area I would have been a little nervous because of the condition. But since we live locally (we had to vacate our house for 5 days for plumbing work) we knew that the Irvine Spectrum area was safe. Mostly business people coming into town for work since the Spectrum area is all tech/business area.

Our stay unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. They probably had a particularly challenging management. Good: >The location was convenient and easy to find. > Parking was free and plenty. > The staff were super helpful and tried their best. Could be better: > The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and mildew. > The bathroom did not have a vent and a previous guest's towel was still in the shower. > The locks on the door were unreliable > The property was littered with pet waste. Thankfully this was just a one night stay-- I could not wait to leave.

Room is extremely old and needs a major rehab. The carpet is stained, toilet seat was not cleaned, window screens were torn and ripped. We did not stay even after paying since it was not refundable. The management refused to refund our money even though we could not stay under these poor conditions . The front desk staff were great. It was just the management and the corporation that failed to provide accommodations for a property that is in need of more care. This should not be offered on any travel booking platform. The management was able to rent the room and yet they failed to refund us any portion. Terrible service and will never book again .

There is no early check in, therefore a line to check in. There is no ice machine. Our sofa bed had no mattress, and we were counting on that bed. Breakfast is just a grab and go with not a lot of selections. One good thing was there was a laundry room. One of the staff members was nice but not very helpful. Other good thing was it’s proximity to the soccer field. We will NOT book here again.
