The staff was great. The parking was plentiful. The room was small and rundown but seemed clean. If this place were in any other area I would have been a little nervous because of the condition. But since we live locally (we had to vacate our house for 5 days for plumbing work) we knew that the Irvine Spectrum area was safe. Mostly business people coming into town for work since the Spectrum area is all tech/business area.

There is no early check in, therefore a line to check in. There is no ice machine. Our sofa bed had no mattress, and we were counting on that bed. Breakfast is just a grab and go with not a lot of selections. One good thing was there was a laundry room. One of the staff members was nice but not very helpful. Other good thing was it’s proximity to the soccer field. We will NOT book here again.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The customer service was poor and the checkin process took far longer than it should have. The staff did not seem organized or concerned about the inconvenience. The hotel itself was old outdated and not well maintained. The room and common areas felt dirty making it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay On top of that, the noise level throughout the night was unbearable. There was constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. Overall this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness, customer service and overall guest experience. I want my money back

You get what you pay for. Nice and inexpensive location close to Irvine Spectrum, it met our needs. It’s not luxury and obviously mostly populated by long term tenants, but our room was comfy and check in and employees were pleasant.
