“This property is in desperate need of updating. I gave it a three star review because the staff was so courteous and professional. Other than that, I don’t have a lot of good things to say about my stay. The rooms were so outdated, the towels were dingy, the bathtub had no body wash. The fitness center was terribly hot, it did have a fan, unfortunately the fan did not work. The issue with the fitness center as well is that the lights are motion censored so if they don’t detect any motion after...

“Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect! Allowed adults to be in the pool with the kids.”

“The carpet was very dirty. The beds had very old coil spring mattresses and even though it was 95 degrees outside there was no air conditioner. A note taped by the thermostat said heat only. We were unable to stay and when we left the first person at the desk said she didn’t know if they were supposed to have air conditioning in the rooms. “This getaway was everything that I needed. It was quiet and tranquil. I enjoyed all the amenities. I'll likely make this an annual trip. I loved every aspect of the place. It surpassed my expectations.”

“Very nicely updated, clean and quiet. When I had questions about accessing our room with a code, staff were very helpful and worked with me to ensure the code worked properly. The facility was close to dining areas. We will stay there again if in the area.”

“Absolutely. Nothing available, not even Coffee. I guess one needs to bring everything. The person on the phone was really rude, being impatient with giving me the code.”

“The lodge is absolutely beautiful. The beds however are very hard, the pillows were terrible. Could definitely use an upgrade. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!”
