“No way to contact them. If you call their number you get a reservation center and they won't give or the local number. Bed and room proper was neat, but on both windows the curtains were rags. Bathroom was terrible condition. Mold, rot and the toilet hardly flushed. Only a couple teens working there but they were very nice”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...

“Easy check-in. Right on the snowmobile trail. Wish the bar restaurant was open more.”

“Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me”
