We were there 3 nights on business. We stay here every time we're town since they opened. Staff is awesome! Very friendly. Breakfast was standard fare but consistently replenished and hot. Housekeeping came daily to empty trash and replenish towels. Highly recommend if you're staying in Council Bluffs/Omaha area.

had to check in on kiosk with remote person in another state. went to the room and immediately tried to get a refund and not stay in at this hotel. was told by remote kiosk person i could not get a refund but someone may be there in the morning if i still wanted a refund.
got a refund in the morning and left. all the pillow cases were dirty like someone just fluffed them between guests
