The location is excellent, walking a few minutes to the railroad station, pubs with great music, shopping, and more right in the heart of Inverness. The continental breakfast was adequate with quite a selection of cereal, breads, crumpets, juices, and coffee. The bathroom en suite could have used towel racks and the room with twin beds is small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to sleep for my wife and I since we don't spend much time in the room, too much to do and see. I thought it was quite expensive for the amenities, but seems to be the going rate. Oh, and no elevator to the reception desk on the first floor.

Nice room, two twin beds, excellent toilet/shower. Quiet, but there are squawking seagulls. They're everywhere. Breakfast was decent with coffee, juice, fruit... A little overloaded on the bread. Check-in desk is closed, but staff appeared promptly when called.

Staff were very nice, stored our luggage, and let us stay to wait for our friends to pick us up. The room was fine except we found the bathroom unclean. We had to ask staff to clean it which they did. The shower was confusing to use. I would recommend to give guests instructions on what to turn on to use the shower. We also didn’t get a floor mat to dry our feet after showering. I feel bad cause they seem understaffed since we had to wait for at least 5 minutes before we can speak to reception. Overall, great location and service. Just need better cleaning, instructions to the shower, and maintenance.
