Great place just outside the town centre, clean, well equipped, stayed with friends on a motorcycle tour and lots of onsite parking. Would recommend.

Overall this is a good place, in a quiet location. Rooms are quite basic but fine. The shared kitchen is really nice. The only problems are very thin walls (you can hear any noises e.g talking and phones pinging in the next room) and a bright green light over the room door which you can't switch off. But overall a good stay and I slept well.

Cheap and cheerful. Did the job for an inexpensive overnight stay near Inverness. Clean. Instructions easy to follow to gain access to room. Nice and quiet.

On arrival the key for the room we booked was not available, we contacted the owner and they were quick to respond, after a bit of back and forward on the chat a suitable solution was offered. Several light switches that seemed to do nothing and one set of lights that could not be turned off was a bit inconvenient. Overall the stay was comfortable and the owner helpful

I would not recommend this place. It was dirty. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom window was either closed or so open someone could climb in. There was black mold in the shower and the floor in front of the shower unit was soggy and rotten. The pillows were hard bolsters and the mattress springs were sprung, although not so uncomfortable that i couldnt sleep. There was one big extra comforter supplied for 3 twin beds. There was a bright green light inside the room that stayed on all night. The blackout curtains were hung on rods that were too big for their rings and, thus, didn't slide to close. The location was kind of pretty and if you are an agile walker, it would be fine. But you have to bus or taxi anywhere, and the bus stops are .5 mile away. The listing says laundry, but there is no laundry, just a business card for an expensive laundrette across town (with a mile uphill hike with my dirty clothes to the proper bus stop).We didn't use the kitchen, but it did look like it had what you'd need to cook. Lots of parking. If this is your only option, don't skip lovely Inverness, yYou'll be fine. But our stay would have been better almost anywhere else.

Good and affordable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood at Inverness. It took us a good minute to figure out which room was ours since it's a self-check-in process and the keys to each room were on the doors. Overall great stay.

We were very jet lagged so it was a convenient place to crash for the night. But our room smelled of stale cigaret smoke, we had to sleep with the window open. And the mattresses had buttons in them that made them extra uncomfortable. But the place was clean. And we felt safe.
