We loved our stay at the Columba Hotel! The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & cozy. The bed & pillows were really comfortable . We’ve been to other hotels where the pillows were ultra thin. Sounds silly , but the thin pillows affected my sleeping. One thing I loved was how peaceful the rooms were, you couldn’t hear other guests. We also had a great view of the river.

Our room was nice, the floor was a little unlevel as with is keeping with an old building. The reception staff was helpful and Stephen in the bar was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone staying in Inverness. The location was excellent for city centre and the local attractions.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. We chose it for that but were very disappointed in our stay. The rooms need drastic renovation. The furnishings were old, in poor shape, and not clean. The tv did not work and we couldn’t close our window. The manager rebooted the tv. That took 30 minutes. We paid for our breakfast but found the tour group already ate it all. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

We only had a one night stay here, but it met all our needs. It was a great stop very close to city center and where we got on our tour bus. Large bedroom with a king bed. It is an older hotel so some age shows on the carpet and such, but it also added character.

Room stunk. Small. Breakfast was pretty below average for most hotels. Lots of nice cafes around. Much better to go out. Parking “reimbursement” is just a voucher for the pub next door so do that we’ll be fore you leave. I’m sure there are better options for slightly more money.

Very cute hotel excellent location. The beds are not comfy. It was a rough sleep but everything else was amazing. The breakfast was quite good and self serve so you could take what you liked and skip what you didn't.
