We had an excellent stay here for our first trip to Inverness. The room was quiet, they accommodated our requests easily, and we very much enjoyed the dining area for dinner and breakfast. Parking was easy, and the location was great. I would very much like to stay there again in the future!

Lovely property, well situated in Inverness, walkable along the side of the Loch and into the city. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Great food and bar too. Ample parking.

The greeting on arrival was warm and efficient. Our room was in an adjacent newer building, it was warm, clean, and well appointed, with a view of the garden. The breakfast was lovely the following morning. The hotel building is impressive, as are the beautiful gardens. The location is in a quiet residential area, and a fair walk from the city centre, but was no issue as we had a car. We will stay again.

An absolute gem; what we'd imagined an upscale highland hotel could be. Fabulous room (we stayed in a deluxe) that had a great king bed, an outdoor private patio that was a literal breath of fresh air - with the sounds of birds in the evening, and others in the morning. Bathroom was spacious, with lovely big towels. The pub was warm, the dinner very tasty, and the breakfast (included) was healthy and fresh. This is a must for a couple looking for a quiet comfortable stay; and it's just in the south of Inverness so perfect to get to the ferry to the Heberdes, or Oarknies.

We had a great time at this hotel. The dinner was excellent, the breakfast as well, and the staff were very kind despite the large crowds of visitors at this time of year. We would definitely go back.

A really pleasant hotel in the leafy suburbs of Inverness. The staff were very helpful, rooms were very very clean, housekeeping had done a fantastic job! Bath towels were super fluffy and shower was perfect. We had booked a breakfast, both the cooked and the continental were very nice and the pot of tea was the best I'd had on our trip. On site parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.
