The hotel is very pretty and well situated in town right on the river. Our rooms were as described however; the ventilation in the room was insufficient. We visited in July and even with the fan on, windows open, the room was very warm and stuffy. We ordered drinks at the bar and service was rather slow (even while the bar was not full of patrons). Service at the front desk and around the property were otherwise very friendly and helpful.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The room and facilities were lovely. Only complaint was there was a dog barking on my second night and some noise from other people staying in the hotel. The gym and swimming pool were very nice. Close proximity to lots of places to eat in the city centre. The hotel is situated in a Beautiful spot looking at the castle and the best view down the river Ness.

Clean spacious room and special thanks to Mathew for upgrading our room to river facing. Staff are very courteous and helpful The Spa onsite is a welcome. The charging station was electric cars were not fully functional but staff did try to reserve one for me. Will stay again.
