An old hotel but kept clean. Small room but good enough for a couple who just want to enjoy what Interlaken got to offer. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Everything you need is closeby and walkable; transportations, restaurants, shopping, parks, whatever you think you might need. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was perfect for an affordable place to stay in Interlaken. We could see the paragliders from our window, were on one of the main streets in town and everything including train and restaurants we’re accessible by foot! Room was very clean and staff was extremely kind. Recommend hiking harder kulm and going to St. Beatus cave from here!

Very nice little hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Very warm welcome, room was clean, warm and very well maintained. Coffee machine available in the room. Despite being in the centre of the town there wasn’t much noise from the street, or from other guests as previous reviews have stated. The room was serviced each day to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location both from Interlaken west and Ost. Receptionist was very kind and suggested great local restaurants, which I tried and felt really satisfied with. For property, a bit scared with stairs at night due to no light. Besides, heard noises and talks from a room adjacent to my room.

It was a decent place. Nice welcome but we did not see the staff much otherwise. They were accessible, though. Location was good but rooms are small. Bunk bed was squeaky so kids were complaining. Also it got a bit hot if the connecting door was closed but if we left it opened every time someone changed position in their bed motion detector light in the connecting area kicked in. Great location though. Great coffee maker and very good housekeeping.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly, gave lots of suggestions for activities as well as food in the area and transportation. Our room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities available. Would really recommend this hotel as it’s in a convenient location, clean with very friendly staff.
