Just opposite to the Interlaken west train station and close to all other amenities. We booked superior quadruple room with mountain View. The Jungfraujoch view from the balcony was amazing. Very good selection of breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very convenient to transportation, the staff are super helpful and the daily breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The hotel is a little dated and linens and mattress need improvement. Other that I would recommend this hotel when in interlaken.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfy. Front desk staff was really nice welcoming and helpful. They provided us good information about surrondings. Breakfast was fresh and feeling. Very warm welcome from the staff. Detailed and clear information provided at check-in. Clean room with mini fridge, water heater, and coffee/tea supplies. Charming hotel located next to the Interlaken West train station. Very friendly staff. Lent us umbrellas when it rained the one day of our two week trip. Most rooms don't have A/C, because it's Switzerland. This spring was (I think) the hottest on record, so hotels may need to revisit the no-AC thing as global warming takes over. But still a great hotel with a very nice breakfast.

Our young son got sick while we were staying here and the staff was so helpful. They brought clean towels and linens and asked after him. Also, once he felt better the breakfast provided was delicious. We were so grateful to be cared for while taking care of our sick child so far from home.

we caught a Train to Interlaken west the hotel was an easy 200 metre flat walk with 2 suitcases. All staff were great and made us feel welcome, tea and coffee available 24 hours no cost at foyer.hotel rooms big well maintained everything works and extremely clean, breakfast again excellent. hotel conveniently located to all forms of transport for tourists very happy

The hotel was in the perfect location right next to Interlaken West train station. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a nice buffet breakfast each morning and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was on a Friday night with the street noise because I had the window open. Other than that, the stay wonderful.
