Vacations Close To WAYRA Institute of Spanish

Unfortunately, my experience at Condovac La Costa was extremely disappointing. When I informed the waiter that I was vegetarian, I was told there were no vegetarian options available. Rather than offering an alternative or attempting to accommodate my dietary requirements, he made it seem like preparing a suitable meal was an inconvenience. I eventually had to suggest my own meal options despite being very hungry. The resort had also run out of alcohol, the chairs and beach loungers were noticeably dirty, and the overall atmosphere was underwhelming. There was no entertainment or music playing, and the staff generally seemed uninterested in providing a welcoming experience. Customer service was another major disappointment. Attempts to contact the resort by phone went unanswered, and there was little assistance available when trying to resolve a reservation issue. Wi-Fi was only available in the common areas, with no access in the guest rooms. The only real positive aspect of this resort is the beautiful view. Unfortunately, the scenery alone cannot make up for the lack of service, cleanliness, hospitality, and basic amenities. There is significant room for improvement, particularly when it comes to staff training, customer service, cleanliness, and accommodating guests' dietary needs. Based on this experience, I would not return.

Nice resort for the price. Drinks are weak and resort has zero to do with the beach. Beach was a bit dirty and lounge chairs were chained up. Locals bombard you trying to sell you just about anything.

Would not recommend. Food was terrible at the buffet and steak house. Resort built into a foothill that is very steep.

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The pre-arrival emails from the hotel allowed me to make the most of my visit. The property is beautiful. The complimentary horseback riding at La Estancia is an activity you do not want to miss. The hiking trails provide wonderful vistas.

This place is amazing. We were sad that we only had one night here as we could have stayed for a week. The hotel is small - 6-8 rooms perched above the bay. The pool also overlooks the water and was such a treat to cool off from the heat. Mark is an excellent host and was incredibly helpful. The rooms were brilliantly laid out, modern, and comfortable. The small beach is about a 10-15 minute walk down the hill and lovely.
