Vacations Close To Inn

Rooms are small. Housekeeping staff was always available to meet any requests. Manager did offer a $59 credit when expressed my dismay over view from our room and no chairs available at the pool by the pool. What I didn’t realize is that one drink at the pool was $25. Check out Hash House a Go Go for breakfast. It’s in the same building as the hotel. Big portions at affordable prices. Hotel also needs a larger check in/reservation area. It would speed up the check in process. Average hotel but will likely stay elsewhere next time.

Staff was incredible and friendly. Place was very clean. Everything was very conveniently close in the casino hotel.I have a disability with my legs. I was able to rent a scooter at the bell desk and when it was time to return it they came to the room for me to retrieve it. Everyone i asked for help from from security to maintenance bent over backwards with a smile. I worked in the casino industry for 17 years as a casino host,this place was great. I would love to come back. Felt at home. The casino connected to the mall was a major plus as well. Good job PlanetHollywood. Only draw back is no room service.

It wasn't worth the almost $800. My expectations weren't met. I was informed at check in that I would receive a text notification when my room was ready. I never received a notification. When I approached the front desk to inquire, my room still wasn't ready and my family and I had to wait for our room to be cleaned by housekeeping. I wasn't impressed with the room and the check in was a hassle. After flying across the country with a family and two children, we just wanted to get in our room.

Nothing in the room worked. Also there is no prices on anything, so it’s an unpleasant surprise when you get the bill. $17 for a cup of tea? $130 for a 6oz steak all à la cart.
