“This is a very nice property above a nice pub in a quiet town. We enjoyed our stay and also the dinner was very good at the pub. We were cooked full English the next morning which we really enjoyed. Thank you for welcoming us to the property.”

“Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”

“A cracker of a Inn with rooms plus a Latin American restaurant. We spent two nights here and I'd certainty rate it 10/10. The owner was very personable as were all staff and special mention to the young waitress at breakfast who was spot on 👍 Our room.(No 9) was spacious and had everything you'd expect. Full English Breakfast was cooked well and delicious, plus cereals , yoghurt , orange juice etc etc. We ate at the Rumba restaurant and were delighted with the quality , flavours and...

“The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. ”
