Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the stale cigarette odor was overwhelming. There was also a strong musty smell, possibly coming from mold in the carpet. The odor was so bad that I could hardly sleep, and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Do not choose the city-view room!

The room was spacious and very accomadating. However, the shower pressure was very low and the shower head was very dirty.
Bathroom had a large tub bit the water faucet did not work. Very disappointing. Why would you create a nice room with an ineffective shower and tub???
Pool was great, nearby bistro and Starbucks was convenient. If these were corrected, I would return.

I decided to stay at the W for a change, it was a big mistake! It hasn’t changed in 20 years since it was originally built and it’s very tired, needs a big overhaul
