“Staff were fine leak in the door way on the way up to the room paid £110 pounds for a room with a sofa bed that accommodated 4 people no sofa bed mate had to sleep on a small sofa no way room could have accomadated 4 people bathroom good but every time you ran water loud irritating noise obviously some kind of plumbing issue we had to leave at 7 15 next morning informed that due to weekend breakfast not served till 8 30 no mention of this when booking so no breakfast all in all feel a bit conned...

“A lovely bright hotel and our family room was spacious and welcoming. The only criticism is that the mattresses on the sofa chairs are very worn and thin and don’t feel comfortable. We all enjoyed both our dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast. A lovely stay and helpful and friendly staff.”

“Hotel agradable con un pub de buena cocina (aunque no barato). La habitación es muy cómoda y está en buen estado, el baño también muy limpio y nuevo. Insonorización mala respecto a la habitación de al lado pero lo normal en hoteles de éste tipo. Un par de notas importantes: -Nuestra visita fue en noviembre y sí se puede aparcar en el propio hotel, por lo que leo en otras estaciones hay que aparcar fuera. -El desayuno incluido es frio aunque muy suficiente (pan de calidad, yogur, muesli,...

Without exception, the team of people running the accommodation and the adjacent pub and restaurant were friendly, efficient and committed to making our stay enjoyable. We had both breakfast and evening meal in the pub restaurant - the breakfasts were good, and the quality of the evening meals was far better than we expected from this type of establishment.”

“Llegamos un domingo, y no se si es que no habia servicio de limpieza ese dia o que, pero el baño estaba completamente sin limpiar, el espejo daba pena de lo sucio que estaba, y el suelo solo un poco barrido. Al día siguiente si que lo dejaron bastante bien, pero la cama solo estiraban el edredon y nada más. No cambiaron las toallas, ni la alfombrilla de la ducha. El desayuno es inglés, que no lo probamos, pero fuera de eso, solo hay zumo y tostadas, nada más. Y los vasos del desayuno estaban...

“Fantastic stay in a beautiful village right on the edge of the Cotswold. The entire place was really lovely, including the staff - I actually booked for the wrong date but they quickly fixed everything and was able to adjust. Rooms was excellent, very comfortable and beautifully decorated, I also had dinner in the garden and the food was delicious. Added bonus that the village is where some of Downton Abbey scenes were filmed so that was fun!”
