The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is beautiful although there are some issues with the carpet in some areas. I enjoyed my stay and you will too, but be prepared for the $48 / night parking change.

Great Location, friendly staff and excellent break fast The location is excellent with number of dining options in walkable distance. Parking, though little pricey is, located in the same drive away as the hotel entrance which is another plus. one can easily self park without trying to find parking near by. we didnt use any amenities as we just came here to sleep. But I would stay here again, if I need to stay in Indy downtown.
