I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. “Aclaro era fin de semana largo. Pasaba la tormenta Nalgae. El servicio en el restaurante en la noche fue pésimo. Estando vacío el tiempo de espera fye de 45 minutos. Pedí comida al cuarto de li que habia en el menú pero no lo tenían disponible. Terminé cenando un café y un pedazo de cake. El servicio del café siempre fue eficiente La habitaciones ampluas. Buen aire acondicionado. ”

“Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight.
