Staff was friendly, though it says they can converse in English, and they can't take calls. In person they work well with you through a translation app! Very sweet and offer lots of amenities, water, etc. Bed is rock hard but after 40 hours of travel, you'll pass right out. Had ac, hot water, and good water pressure. You MUST schedule your ride if you want to avail yourself to it, and do it through the booking website messages. I booked last minute, and they could not come get me, but taxi cost about 21$usd from the airport. Would stay again. Pro: friendly, clean, lots of amenities Con: dated, hard mattress

The owner is an extremely pleasant lady, willing to help and make you feel confortable during your stay. The free airport shuttle is definitely a plus and an added convenience for us as we were traveling with kids in a foreign country

Very friendly staff and a much-appreciated free shuttle service from the Incheon airport. For less than $50 total, it was a completely adequate experience. The room decor/furnishings are probably a bit too dated for many of today’s travelers, but they had all the amenities I needed for an overnight layover.

It is an older property and it's years are starting to show, but the staff take very good care of the rooms and common areas. The family that runs/owns it are very friendly and helpful. Message them if you need airport transportation and they will get back to you. They were kind enough to pick me up and drop me off even though I had to be at the airport at 0500 in the morning. Very nice stay, safe and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts, despite not being able to speak English, were very hospitable and tried their best to respond to requests/questions quickly! They also provided lots of water and snacks for the hot weather. The room itself, is a good size and all of the facilities work well. The wallpaper is a bit whacky and peeling off in some areas, but overall, for the price it is great. The area has lots of convince stores but it can be difficult to get to more touristy areas like Seoul. Overall, it was fab and I would definitely stay again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady. The only issue for us is the smell of cigarette in the room and the corridor. I noticed that korean men smoke, they may smoke inside the room even they are not allowed.

Overall this was a good stay. Front desk was very helpful. Besides the Incheon memorial there’s not a lot to do in this area. Lots of traffic . Lots of restaurants. My only complaint concerning the hotel is the lack of adequate WiFi . Hit and miss at best. Neither did google maps aide me in getting around. Would only suggest public transportation routes, not walking routes. I didn’t get a chip for my phone. That may help. I got no phone reception on the street. Anywhere in Incheon.

The hotel was a bit old and worn out. The location is also not too great, but the owners went above and beyond to make sure we have a very good experience staying at Songdo Blue hotel. The free airport shuttle was also very good to have.

The hygiene standards at this establishment were highly unsatisfactory, as the rooms appeared to have been neglected for an extended period. The condition of the bathroom was particularly distressing and fell well below acceptable expectations for hospitality. Given these experiences, the property’s maintenance is inadequate, and I cannot recommend this venue to others.
