The room is big, clean, very comfortable bed and has a window. Well provided with towels and water. It has a kettle which is a plus for us as they have some tea. The location is excellent, near to top attractions, dining and shopping. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful (speaks good English). Hotel provides very good breakfast (eggs, toast, jam, cereals, yogurt, cup noodles) Overall, It's a very good hotel to stay when you're in Seoul.

Hotel is conveniently located near subway and bus lines, restaurants, bbq, convenience stores, olive young that gives instant VAT rebate, cafes, ikseong-dong hanok village, etc. The evening receptionist Mason was super friendly and helpful and speaks English. The breakfast was filling and convenient. Room was clean and air conditioned. Highly recommend!

Our first room was very small so we had to ask to change our room. The room had zero space to even walk or open luggage. That room barely fits one person. We had to change room two times to be able to get a bit of more space. Staff was great though.

Location was great with easy walkability and access to subway and airport limo. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front desk helped my older parents make plans, navigate transportation, and gave great recommendations in both Seoul and Busan. One suggestion: towel hooks! Just somewhere to hang a towel in the bathroom would be great. Other than that, the place was perfect for our needs.

We only stayed here 1 night to attend to business we had in Insa-dong. This location is very convenient to walk to many areas around Insadong and Myeongdong. The breakfast was simple, but really good and appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. It was really good for one night for our family, and would be fine for a couple for multiple nights, but the room was too small for us to have stayed for a week. If it was just my husband and I it would work. This is a great place for couples on a budget though! Very good value for what you get!

Overall, the hotel was nice, though the room and especially the bathroom were quite small. The breakfast was good, and the location was superb, very close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and the airport limousine bus stop. My reason for picking this hotel was its central location in Seoul as well as what another reviewer said about being able to store luggage for a few hours after checkout. I don't think the complimentary breakfast was listed in the amenities, but it should be! Can't say we loved the whole bathroom being a shower room or the tiny sink with no counter space for toiletries, but what was there was clean.
