Had a great view of the ocean. Clean and modern well maintained facility. The self-serve check in went seamlessly. Only complaint was that the a/c seemed ineffective.

Room was clean and was amazing for how quick I was able to get in on short notice from the airport. It was all self serviced, which I am new to, but it wasn’t very difficult. Will definitely be here again my next time through

Nice

Was genuinely sweet, rooms clean and modern. Nice bathroom and good location near the airport and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Also nice sea view. For less than £30 a night you cannot complain!

The property is running almost by self service base which I believe this is why they can offer great value for money. It is good place to stay before your too early/late air plane schedule. Near the hotel, there are multiple dinning options and small walk

Third party promo sites say so many incorrect things about this hotel. Check several sources before you decide to stay here. The hotel is built around a central atrium, so if there is loud noise like a baby crying or a party returning late from the clubs, you will hear it. You will hear everything, no matter what time of day.

There's almost no staff! Cooking is not allowed! No microwave or anything besides a hot water kettle and a washing machine. Hot plate is disabled. They give you a dentist's cup with the kettle and free coffee. What am I supposed to make the coffee in!?! Absolutely ridiculous! Shower with great pressure and temp control. The room and linens were clean. Multifunction AC. TV--who cares. People need to eat without leaving the room 6x a day. Shouldn't have to go to the convenience stores downstairs. And they don't open after hours using a foreign card. The cafe on the 13th floor is advertised as 24/7, even in the room. But it's only open 11hrs. There are 0 plates or utensils. The price per night is okay. Someone is always smoking in the other rooms and it comes right into yours if you leave the bathroom fan running. This is a transition hotel or a 'fun' hotel. There's no reason to stay more than a day or so. Grocery is half a mile away. Hot pot across the street opens whenever. Convenience stores open whenever. Can't microwave though. Food delivery options in this neighborhood for foreigners is very limited.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, our flight left early in the morning and there was no one at the front desk to assist with only Korean speaking taxi drivers. There was no one to give us guidance on where the taxis would park either so if you have a very early flight and don’t speak Korean I would not pick this hotel. Not manned 24 hours. Let the hotel know if you are checking in late because there will be no one at the front desk or anywhere for that matter to help you

Efficient - but no human registration help

Rented 3 rooms here for one night due to airline problems. Very clean, safe hotel which was close to many food options. If you’ve stated here before, you would know “what to do”. The hotel attempts to be fully automated with no human staff support at registration. There is a checkin kiosk where you need to know to only enter your last name (not full name), to find your registration (it took use some time to figure this out, and several others during the night also had problems - I helped 2 other guests figure it out later that evening). The room itself had no info on how to connect to WiFi - every room had a router but no info on password, or router name; was never able to connect; TV also had same problems - after 1hr it defaulted to a warning screen and no info on how to resolve, so no TV for rest of stay). If you speak Korean it would have been easier / but if not, it was a major challenge). Hotel is very clean and safe; room had small kitchen space and many closets; I liked the setup and it was efficient. However if you had problems there was no way to get any help.
