beach front hotel, literally the dining room is 3 meters fromthe beach. Lots of restaurants and ahops nearby and 5 minute walk from the Abrao pier. The swimming pool was closed due to renovations. Breakfast was good, wirh delicious tapioca pancakes made to order, fresh fruit and lots of cakes. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Lovely place on the "main street" close to the jetty and everything else. Everything was fine except for that the "breakfast ladies" never said hallo/welcome and always looked a bit angry.

This place has terrible customer service. The hotel is under renovation and the pool is closed. The construction noise begins at 7:00a.m so when we addressed the issue with the manager she gave us attitude and told us that the noise can begin at any given time of the day by the owner of the pousada. The owner knew that we were at the lobby trying to address our concerns and once he saw us he ran out of the lobby and wanted nothing to do with us. The manager was nasty, rude and condescending. Nothing was resolved because the next day there was noise again from the construction. The next day the manager also saw us in the lobby having breakfast and did not say a word to us not even a good morning! It’s despicable the way they treat their customers as if we needed their inn to stay meanwhile there are many other ones with much better service and consideration over others. We left the next day and went to another pousada where they treated us with respect. I will never go back to this place ever again!

Uma estada perfeita mesmo com chuva . Café da manhã top, com opções de omeletes e tapiocas, um destaque para as Sras que fazem a tapioca e omelete na hora, merecem 5 estrelas!! Quarto confortável, chuveiro excelente, equipe de recepção atenciosa e áreas comuns excelentes. A pousada fica muito bem localizada no centrinho. Voltarei com certeza.

Pousada com excelente localização, acho até que a melhor localização. Café da manhã bem farto e variado com opção de omelete e tapioca feitos na hora. Recepção 24h e atendimento ótimo. Quartos confortáveis, limpos. A tarde servem um café com bolinho e isso é ótimo para relaxar na varanda da pousada olhando a rua e mar.

Ja me hospedei algumas vezes nesse hotel, na ultima vez estavam em obras, o barulho incomodou, em compensacao a diaria estava por um valor menor e fomos informados que estariam em obras. Dessa vez a obra ja estava pronta, porem nos colocaram em um quarto que estava com o ar condicionado pifado, que so notamos a noite e portanto dormimos no maior calor. No dia seguinte reclamamos, mas falaram que iriam consertar o ar, nao podiam nos trocar de quarto pois estavam lotados. A tarde nos informaram que nao conseguiram consertar, mas arrumaram um quarto pequeno que a cama era minima e "torta" muito ruim, mas pelo menos o ar funcionava. Finalmente na terceira noite conseguimos trocar de quarto que tudo estava funcionando. Porem pagamos dessa vez uma diaria bem cara para dormirmos mal por duas diarias das tres que pagamos. Deveriam ao menos nos dar uma cortesia de alguma diaria para uma proxima hospedagem, ja que passamos duas diarias sem conseguir dormir direito nesse calor e com uma cama desconfortavel. Aguardo retorno do hotel.

_Die Kosten für das Zimmer wurde mir ohne meine Erlaubnis, von meiner hinterlegten Kreditkarte bei EBookers, belastet _Hotel/Pousada bietet für das Geld zuwenig _Zimmer soweit OK, aber nicht richtig sauber _Für den Aufenthalt muss man eine grünes Armband tragen, was ich wirklich schlimm finde _Strandbadetücher müssen separat proTag bezahlt werden _Die Pousada ist direkt am Strand, dies ist sehr schön _Internet gut _Fazit, ich würde diese Pousada/Hotel für diesen Preis nicht mehr buchen

O anúncio não representa nem um 10% do que ela realmente é, de tão maravilhosa! Tudo impecável. Nota 1000! Desde o atendimento, quarto e piscina. O café é um dos melhores que já vi… variedade e alimentos frescos gostosos. Minha única dica é: invistam na divulgação (fotos dos ambientes) do espaço e do serviço de vocês, pq realmente impressiona o que se encontra ao vivo.

Premier séjour sur cette île charmante! L’emplacement de cette Poussada est je penses le meilleur , car on est tout prêt de tout. Ce n’est pas luxueux pour le prix, mais le personnel est très gentil et parlent différentes langues. L’endroit est propre. Pas de fer à repasser, ni de petite bouteille d’eau d’accueil, le wifi n’a jamais fonctionné pour nous, mais nous étions en vacances totalement’ ce qui a moyennement gêné. Malgré,des petits défaut et le prix délirant’ je recommande cette Poussada et cette île incroyable.
