“Staff was AMAZING, lots of parking, super clean and gorgeous rooms. Unfortunately the spa was closed for women when we were there and they don’t allow tattoos so my partner couldn’t use the men’s spa”

“The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. “The hotel is very nice, I loved the attention to customers, especially that of Raizza (I don't know if that's how it's written but a nice and friendly person) the breakfast is very varied and free; all the staff very respectful and attentive; the wonderful pool of immense and with the warm water; the views of its impressive windows; I would definitely visit them again 🙂”
