“Made a reservation online got to the hotel after paying 30k for transport only to be told, sorry we are fully booked. Not even a message or a call to let me know ahead of time. I have used the hotel numerous times in the past but they just lost a loyal customer”

“Room was clean and up to per. Neighborhood isn't the best but accessible, it depends on where you're coming from. Everything was good, food was excellent. However, the reason for 4 star is staff annoyance asking if we're checking out every single day. We had 9 days stay and received call or visit daily inquiring about checking out.”
