The location of the property is terrific. We never used the car once we got there. Easy walk to Hyline ferry and Main St for shopping and restaurants. The hotel was updated this past winter and it shows well. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Great value for this price point!

I have stayed at this hotel in sept 2024 and now in 2026. Wow it is a whole new experience. It was ok before and now it is eye popping and smells delicious inside. This place is no longer my quiet secret of a place to stay on main street. This place is in a perfect location and clean. Love it.

The room looked brand new. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could use some work. Some of the chafing dishes were not kept stocked and choices were not many. There could be more tea selection.

Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy.

The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!

Before check-in we received a call to check in at Comfort Inn front desk since it’s the same owners which was not a problem at all, the check in staff was polite and very nice. She checked us in and gave us our room key when we get to the Heritage Inn the room we were checked into was not clean, went back to Comfort Inn and advised front desk staff of this and she then booked us another room, went back to heritage inn and that room too was not clean. Returned to Confort Inn and advised the front desk staff of the room not being clean and she then booked us in a room at the comfort inn where we stayed the night. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room did not have a light upon entering the room. The light switch didn’t work or there was no light at the entrance of the room like most rooms have. Everything was clean. The Inn is walking distance from restaurants and stores to shop. It was a nice stroll. The Books & Roses coffee shop so cute & really good coffee and natural juices… I don’t think I will book with them again though. We traveled and I was tired and all the back and forth until we actually hit into a clean room was just a bit much. The free breakfast was good enough. I rate the Comfort Inn 4/5, The Heritage in 2/5 and the entire experience 1/5…

Room and bathroom attached was clean with modern look. Smelled great. The location was good too, close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast could use some work and is only available at the comfort inn across the parking lot. Just a heads up, they don’t have partnerships or discounts with local cruises or excursions as perks or military discounts on the weekends. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Overall great for the price and would stay again.

The hotel overall was good i just had a complaint about our door. It had a large gap and we could see into hallway. This also led to loud noise during night being able to hear everyone walking by which led to little sleep since we were near an entrance.

The staff was friendly though minimal. Rooms were clean though they could use a touch up in paint or some equipment repaired. Surprising given that the hotel has been remodeled less than a year ago. Hotel smelled amazing right from the start. Not sure what they are using but I want it for my home. Room was clean and well appointed with microwave, fridge, and sink. Beds were really comfortable. I would absolutely stay again. Location was perfect with walking distance to main street with coffee shops and other restaurants , as well as unique boutique shops.
