Quaint motor inn in downtown Hyannis. Convenient private parking. Restaurants, shops, venues are all walkable. Restaurant and bar are attached. Facilities are older but maintained. Great for long weekend vacation.

Great location. Hair dryer didn't work. Was keyed out before day of checkout and had to get a new key. That was annoying. Lucky that proprietor lives on site. Beds were very comfortable.

I liked the location -- right off Main Street --- which made it easy to walk to walk or drive to where you wanna go! I didn't love how long it took for the AC to boot up, I suppose it just needs time since it's off before the check-in, but I mainly just didn't love that housekeeping didn't come the second day. We left the room a little later, but I was still surprised they didn't come by. Overall, a good stay if you're seeking a budget-friendly motel in the heart of Hyannis. I def recommend it for the location!

The location was great, full Of nearby restaurants and music. The lady attendants was very kind and gave us suggestions to enjoy our night there. In the room, neither the phone or the hair drier worked. Not sure if there was an electric problem or just broken equipment. The bed sheets were crispy clean. We only spent one night, passing by so it was fine for us.
