My wife and I chose Hyannis and the Anchor In Hotel for its location close to the airport, the village ($12.00Uber fare) and walking distance to all the tour boats and ferry’s to the islands. There are two popular restaurants in the adjacent marina and a small beach nearby for watching the sun set. The pool is nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

We got here a little before the season, but it was the greatest little find. It’s kind of a sleepy hotel but they really do a nice job in the common areas. Very cape cod’y! The staff was incredible (Sandi), and our room had a pretty incredible view, with tons of space. I would definitely find a way to stay there again.

Everything starting with the rooms, the pool , fire pit, common area’s, and to the staff ( esp Sandi ) was amazing. The only one little negative was due to the busy weekend they were unable to fulfill early check in’s when it was being offered through the site. Other than that you will not be disappointed with this place as they make everyone fell at home. Thank you for you wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the fire pit and views in the evening. Location was great. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was convenient for mornings we were on a schedule. Bathroom was small, but we would definitely stay there again.

The staff are wonderful. They did an amazing job renovating and it’s very well maintained-rooms and grounds. They are well behaved dogs - dog friendly. Little treats for my dog. We loved staying at the Anchor In! Set overlooking the harbor, it was a perfect getaway, close enough to the town of Hyannis, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of tourists during peak season. Dale who managed the breakfast area was friendly and helpful in advising local excursions. The breakfast offered a selection of cereals, fruit, muffins, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. In addition an assortment of drinks, yogurts and snack bars were available. Coffee and cookies were available late into the night to enjoy around their fire pit.Beautiful flowers surrounded their swimming pool. Mary Kay greeted us with a smile at the front desk and called us when our room was available. ( We arrived by 10 am) All in all a wonderful stay, we would highly recommend this resort!

Exceptional customer service and front desk. On arrival, extremely helpful and warm. Breakfast was a large variety of foods, and the hostess there was excellent. Could not help more.
