Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Podstine. Rooms were large and comfortable and having direct access to swim in the ocean was an added bonus. Only 20 minute walk into town along an easy pathway on the beachfront. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for relaxing. It’s a 20 minute walk to the town ferry and Hvar restaurants. Five minute walk, there is a small grocery store. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! Sunsets from the lobby are fantastic!

A fantastic retreat a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of Hvar town. Private sea access and sun bathing plus good quality food made our stay really enjoyable. Good local restaurant nearby with Hvar town about a 20-25 min walk. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Best place to stay in Hvar if you want a true no hassle beach holiday. Private beach access, lots of chairs, and complimentary beach towels. The water is crystal clear so I recommend bringing googles and you can see lots of fish! Resort was quiet, mostly couples and families. AC worked great, the room was clean and amenities were great. 10/10 worth the money. The only complaint would be that it is a far walk to the city centre, but we knew that when we booked and spent most of the time lounging around the resort.

Beautiful property with its own beachfront to chill with lounge chairs and a bar for drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. A 20 min walk along the water to the main Hvar square tho for arrival and departure we used a taxi since we had suitcases. Bfast included was delicious with fruits, crepes, smoke salmon, eggs, sausages, real honey and more and the sea view to enjoy with it. Our room was superior category with a gorgeous sea view and 2 balconies. Very spacious room and bathroom but the bathroom shower was disproportionately small. No shelves under the sink for toiletries or additional hooks to hang up things in the room or bathroom tho there was closet space. Toiletries were nice and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Would def recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was comfortable, well located, and had everything we needed for our visit. It was the perfect base for exploring Hvar, and we really appreciated the peaceful setting away from the busier party areas. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hvar.

The hotel was immaculately clean especially the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the sea was beautiful. The food at then restaurant was top notch and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Wonderful spot in a beautiful bay. Sea view was well worth it. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Just a couple of tweaks could have made it even better -pool towels was a complicated process going up and down steps, robes would have been nice so the sauna was more useable without having to get dressed again, bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade

This property is about 7 mins drive from Hvar city right on the beach. It is nice because you are close enough to the city but are in a quiet area from all the tourist noise. Most rooms have some ocean view. It has its own exclusive beach access. The breakfast was decent. We really enjoyed the view and swimming in the beach

The Podstine Hotel is in a beautiful setting with its own private swimming spot and pool. It’s a bit out of the way but worth it for the setting. The breakfast was very good as well as the drinks and lunch that you can eat from your sun bed. The room that we had was rather small and very dark with minimal natural light. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I did have an amazing massage at their spa.

The hotel is beautiful and we loved the location - out of town, not walking distance, $20 cab ride each way, very beautiful and peaceful to lie in chairs on the beach. Hotel policies (eg towel management) were extremely rigid and awkward, feels like a fancy establishment shouldn't be counting my towels like a kindergartener. Restaurant is good but extremely expensive.

Lovely location about a 20 minute gentle stroll to centre of Hvar Room lovely with good air conditioning and nice shower. Shame they never replaced fresh drinking water in the 5 day stay preferring you to pay a lot of money for their bottled water despite telling us the water in all of Croatia is so safe and delicious. Sunbeds never an issue to get and no reserving which was refreshing to see. Beachside drinks service a bit hit and miss Take beach shoes as the rocks are slippy underfoot but the sea so clean and wonderful Would do well to add a beach snack menu which I’m sure would go down well during the day Would definitely visit again
