Would stay again. Unfortunately there are only 2 restaurants for dinner. No where local to get breakfast. But other than that it is very clean, a very friendly staff and owner, lots of parking.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have so many electrical outlets. The wifi wasn't working when we got there but they came and fixed it. It was a weak signal. There was lots of shampoo, body wash etc. It was disappointing that the water was not safe. Luckily we had water with us.

Rooms were clean and staff were accommodating and respectful. The website still lists a restaurant that has been closed since covet. We had planned on this from previous comments about chef and food, however had to adopt alternative measures . In small town Iron Bridge there was only 1 other restaurant choice which was closing within 20 minutes of our check in at 6:30 pm , leaving only a small gas bar/general convenience store for basic meals. The proximity to Trans Canada highway, lower rates than Sault St Marie (45 minutes away) and ease of location, supported the 4 rating.

Perfect overnight stay

Even though the furnishings are dated, it is a very clean, comfortable and large room and bathroom. If traveling on Canadian 17 again, I would definitely stay for an overnight. The host is very kind and helpful.

Great roadside motel

Probably the best roadside motel I've ever stayed in. Very comfortable room and bed with great facilities provided, even a kettle which is extremely rare in Canada as most places just provide coffee machines these days. Restaurant was not open yet (it is May) and there is nothing else there.

Its a warm cozy motel on the trans canada highway. The owners are very friendly. The property is huge and there's a beautiful well-tended garden behind the rooms. The whole place gives a very peaceful vibe. We booked a room for 5 people on Expedia totally expecting that the 5th person would have to cram into a sofa bed. The room we were given totally exceeded our expectations. It was more like an apartment with two rooms, one with two queen beds and one with a huge king bed. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and an iron board, essentially all the amenities you would need for a short stay! The owners are in the same property so they are available all the time. Overall a good place to stay while travelling up north. Thanks Jagan Bhai and family!
