The staff here are wonderful - they take the time to get to know their guests by name. I have now returned for a week long getaway 2 years in a row and will likely return next summer. I love the relaxed vibe of the resort, the rustic cabins, overall comfort, and the quiet.

Very nice resort with beautiful views and peaceful environment . Unfortunately the 2 walking trails in the resort are blocked by fallen tress not far from the starting points so for those interested in nature and peaceful walks may be disappointed. It has a small waterfall where the resort has set up a sitting bench to enjoy the sight. However there are bugs almost everywhere near nature but that is no fault of the resort. We stayed in one of the cabins with beautiful lake view but the cabin has no aircond so that during this period in early July where there is heatwave the cabin is rather uncomfortable due to the heat inside. The fans do help somewhat but they are blowing warm air around. That’s the only downside to our stay. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful so making our stay much more pleasant. We have no problem to recommend a stay at this wonderful resort.

Booked a cabin for a 3 nights this June, for a short anniversary get-away. From check-in to check-out the staff were great! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area, which is beautiful. Did not take advantage of all they have to offer, tennis court, spa, but we did spend time on the water in the kayaks, relaxing by the water, and doing a bit if hiking. The food was excellent, as was the service (thanks again to Jennifer and the breakfast servers). The cabin itself was just that, a cabin. Although it required some attention, it did us just fine. There was no A/C, but there was a ceiling fan, and a portable fan; no satellite or tv in the cabin, but plenty of games and movies. It was nice to be out of the hustle bustle of life and leave alone some of the creature comforts we seem to rely on too much. Thank you to all at Trillium Resort and Spa... our trip was memorable.

The pool was closed along with the hot tub and the saunas. Very big disapointment for the cost of this trip. The tv didnt work either. Lots of towels. Cottage had no AC but i guess i couldnt expect that- Thankfully the fans worked well. Place is beautiful nested behind many trees. Very tranquil and peaceful but all the closed amenities was a big disapointment. We are in July thays ridicoulous.

Room was okay, but old building. Staff very friendly. The food was TERRIBLE. The scenery was beautiful. Was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Also, did not appreciate that expedia charged me a fee as well there was an extra room tax as well.They charged extra for the dog, which was not articulated on any website. But I will say again, the staff was very, very friendly and very accommodating. Most likely would not be back at this resort.
