I was disappointed at how "tired" the room and property were. The room was more like a motel 6. The pool filter wasn't running so build up was across the top. The breakfast was nice. The location is what originally sold me as close to restaurants, the space center and botanical garden.

Great room for the price. It was quiet, has black out curtains plus shutters on the windows!! The king size bed was very comfortable. It’s located next to a little shopping center and plenty of places to eat.

Check in was quick, room was a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Noticed some trash in the breezeway that hotel staff must have walked past 20+ times and never picked up. Breakfast was fresh and hotel, only it appeared a hotel employee had multi family members come in on multiple mornings to eat breakfast. Overall a decent place for a decent price.
