Loved our stay! Beautiful hotel with a great location downtown. Walking distance to great restaurants. The 11th floor was beautiful and the view of the river was great. Staff was extremely helpful and we would absolutely stay again!

Location was very good. Interior Needs renovations. Tried taking a shower , by the time I was done had Luke warm water. Same thing happened to my wife. Her shower was mid-morning and mine was 11;00 PM. Breakfast was ok.

Great location with view of river. The staff very friendly. However, the breakfast at $17 was bad, less quality than a typical free continental breakfast. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. The hallway carpets were filthy, but rooms were clean. Note you should let people know that parking is additional.

TV is awful... channels just buffer and it's impossible to find a channel you are looking for since theres no guide or channel listing. Wifi is 5/10 at best, slow and laggy. Takes 15+ minutes for the water to get warm...warm not hot, hots another 5 minutes. I was on 4th floor, mustve had to come from the basement or across the street. Room was very clean and tidy 5⭐️. Staff super helpful and kind. Parking 3/10, there's an attached parking garage, be prepared for a tight squeeze. Hotel is super close to many good restaurants and shopping A+.

Clean comfortable, room was just fine! Check in lady wad friendly... Continental breakfast was probably good, however, did not have a chance to try it, why? Well, there was no milk for the cereal or coffee. Set the milk pitcher at the stairs to bring attention, was verbally abused by attendant & manager! Also, ordered to leave, may pursue legal action!

It is central located in the city of Huntington. The property has gone down in maintenance. The room is tight and the bed was uncomfortable. The store on site was very expensive...milk bottle like soda was.$7. The bathroom was average. Little or no space for clothes in cabinet. The rug was dirty with gum. No microwave in room withdouble queen beds.Regreted staying here for 9 days.
