Staff was very helpful Our check in was running late- the hotel was full - and we were given $100 room credit The room was very large and clean I liked the night light attached to the bottom of the bed

Great location, with easy beach access. Perfect for post Disney beach relaxation. Updates facility, comfortable clean rooms and multiple pools. Great views of oceans, from rooms and pools. Bridge over OCH highway great for short walk to ocean.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the overall experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, and everything exceeded our expectations. The only downside was having to pay $60 for parking. Considering the cost of the stay, I feel that parking should either be included or offered at a lower rate. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Despite the parking fee, I still give this hotel 5 stars because it truly was an amazing stay!

Excellent hotel and location. It was a bit too crowded especially in the pool area. Also the pictures overstated the water slides. They are more suitable for much younger kids and not as appropriate for a 12 year old child.
