“My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Lake Norman was extremely disappointing. The first issue was the cleanliness of our room. A boot was left under the bed from a previous guest, which immediately made me question how well the room had been cleaned.
The biggest concern was the pool area. One of my kids stepped on tiny metal bristles that were scattered in the pool. When I reported this to the staff, the manager, was defensive instead of showing concern or even taking a closer look at the...
