“Great space and quality for cost. Great location, short walk to metro. Very quiet. Just need to make an effort to communicate arrival time when you are close as there is no reception.”

“Standing in the shower, already soaked, only to discover the shower gel dispenser is empty is the kind of inconvenience you’d expect from a lower-rated hotel.”

“There were places close by. However, check-in to the appartment was a huge problem. We knew that there wouldn't be a check-in personnel. But the instructions provided and codes sent were both problematic and wrong. The room was not clean and the bathroom had serious problems.”

“We would never recommend this place 1 There is no reception and no one on the phone spoke English. The personal manager does speak English but was not available that weekend. 2 Rooms are very different to the pictures on internet. There is no place even for a chair; you get only a towel per person, no hand towel at all, and even in the "best room", there is no place to hang the towels. There are 16 rooms and no recepción, no facilities and no maintenance, and in the "garden", an empty,...

“Never send me the email with the ibstructions that was supposed I should receive 24 hour prior 3pm when I could access to the propierfy. They advertise that have luggage storage and it's not true! I mailed them asking fir instructions about it and never answred back. The instructions are very general instead individualized and there are many complications to find the front desk. One you overtake all those dufficults it was quiet and easy to be there. Rooms are ok for the price and location”

“Booked and.paid for a river view. Was not available when we.got there. No rebate offered. Parking is a pain and they have no help available for taking luggage upstairs. Two women staff did help with heavy bags. There was no.lift. I would not return O”

“No limpian la habitación ni cambian toallas. Y NO HABLAN INGLÉS NI TIENEN CARTA EN INGLÉS EN EL RESTAURANTE ”

“Nice place. Close to downtown, so you can just walk. Stayed 2 nights. We enjoyed it.”

“Excelente ”

“Exelente atencion de Dueño hotel muy tranquilo. ”

“Quaint little place near the Valley of Beautiful Women. Room was great. Restaurant and bar on site and mere steps from 40+ wine bars. Very helpful staff. If I return, this is where I'll stay.”
