It was the perfect place to stay with my family. The amenities made it even better. The view was amazing and so relaxing, I was able to see my family and cook for them. I will still give five star to this place. But the only thing was the cleaning. My kids found things inside the rooms that they shouldn’t have from other people that stayed before.

Overall, I'd rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for our family of five. The fully equipped kitchen was exactly as advertised, which was important since we planned to cook during our stay. The dishwasher worked perfectly, and having hot water gave us peace of mind when washing dishes. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was great for traveling with teenagers. We also loved the balcony—it was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to enjoy coffee every morning. The pool was never overcrowded, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and relaxing. Our biggest issue was maintenance. We discovered that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath the cabinet after using it throughout the day. Judging by the condition inside the cabinet, it appeared this may have been an ongoing problem. We contacted the front desk several times, and although maintenance eventually came, the leak was never actually fixed. We ended up improvising a way to catch the water ourselves. Our first impression during check-in also wasn't the best. The front desk staff didn't seem particularly welcoming, and that set the tone for the arrival experience. Private parking is available for $25 per night, but it's located quite far from the villas. With better preventive maintenance and more consistent customer service, this could easily be an excellent place to stay. We'd consider returning and hope to see those improvements in the future.

Great staff - needs more information as the ocean is just at end of road and great trail along it and can walk on the ocean. Arival is confusing but could be easy with better wording. Drove around for a while to figure it out. Just need to drive and park in back in parking lot and then can enter building from back. Wonderful view - will def be back

Don’t let those pictures fool you, our condo was amazing. It is three floors, two large big balconies one overlooking the pool one overlooking the marina. We stayed directly across from the pool. The free parking was right down the street. It has a washer and dryer to full bathrooms two bedrooms it was awesome. Great location very close to a lot of things to do. The beach was a little dirty just because they had super big waves, but it was still a beautiful beach lots to walk. There’s also an area in Palm Del Mar, that has restaurants, little shops, a grocery store, even a barbershop. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly. They also had a little coffee shop that serve breakfast and lunch and the food was great there as well.

Property in and of itself is clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. Pools are nice. Palmas Del Mar, which is the development it's on has a nice courtyard area with 5-6 restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a little convenience store. The only downside, juat so you are aware, is the beach. It's effectively unuseable. Sargasso seaweed, direct large waves, rugged. (Don't get me wrong, it's very pretty but if you have kids and the thought is utilizing the beach. It's going to be a challenge.
