The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool was lovely. We enjoyed nice morning walks by the beach. Too bad it’s not a beach to swim at. We rented a car and enjoyed some time in San Juan and surrounding areas. The drives about an hour give or take with traffic..

Breakfast package is not worth it unless you want to eat just bread with jello. There’s only one restaurant in the resort so I advise to bring your own food from outside. The restaurant was empty and the food was terrible. The bar was okay and the bedroom bed was comfortable.

Beautiful grounds and location to the beach was great. Sunrise every morning was so beautiful. The room was nice and clean. A bit dated bathroom, shower was not great. Balcony was nice to have! Service was pretty much non existent. We were very dissatisfied with the lack of attentiveness when trying to order poolside etc. The restaurant was very underwhelming if not bordering on unpalatable (gnocchi dish was cold/undercooked). Quality was nowhere near the price point. The wood oven pizza however was excellent!

Everything about the hotel was excellent, the only thing that I can complain about is the beach, we could not get in because all the algae on the beach and in the water, I did see the staff collecting some of it, but not enough to be able to enjoy it, we had to go to another beach close to San Juan.

Been to this resort 3 times since 2024! My favorite resort ever! The resort is clean the amenities are great. I only suggest eating off the resort there is a plaza about 5 minutes from the resort that has authentic Puerto Rican food and is way cheaper and taste better then the restaurants on the resort. I love this resort!
