Wife and I have stayed here many times. The place is always clean, no smells & well maintained. They put extra touches in the room like headboard lighting. Excellent value in fall season when most places raise prices for people looking for fall color in a beautiful town.

I would highly recommend the Royal Inn. The room was super clean, modern and very comfortable. The Office was very neat and clean. The owner/ manager was friendly and helpful. After just having had 3 nights in a sub-par chain, Hotel, staying at the Royal Inn was a wonderful surprise.

The area where the office is located could use a little TLC, however our rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was really convenient. We went to the Renaissance Festival near Minneapolis, so we just needed a place to sleep on our way. Would highly recommend this hotel. No frills, i.e., pool, continental breakfast, but that isn't what we needed. And very reasonable, especially considering it was Labor Day weekend.

Very nicely refurbished vintage motel that was quiet, yet right by the freeway. Everything was clean and comfy. Located close to any kind of shopping you may need to do. Had parking right in front of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The temp in the room was good. I would stay there again.
