“Nos hospedamos en el hotel porque participábamos en una competición en Huddersfield, y nos sorprendimos muy gratamente de la calidad del hotel. Esta a apenas 5 minutos caminando en línea recta desde la estación de tren, las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias y el personal era muy amable y atento. El servicio de habitaciones (así como el desayuno buffet) tenía un precio muy razonable. Tanto es así que la mayor parte de la estancia decidimos cenar en el hotel, ya que la comida era...

“Lo único bueno el chico de la recepción muy amable, la habitación sin calefacción, a las dos de la mañana suena la alarma antiincendios porque estaban fumando en una de las habitaciones, tienen hospedada a gente de servicios sociales, portazos a altas horas de la noche”

“It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night.”

“I paid for an executive room for 3 nights, it wasn't what I was expecting, really basic, no extras, not even shampoo. Bed was rock hard. No restaurant, even though it says there is one on the building, the £11 breakfast was cereal yoghurt and fruit. Staff were helpful, in the first room I was assigned the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet... They moved us to another room, but it really wasn't a good night's sleep. Told them my unhappiness and they gave us a refund on the other 2 nights...

The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. ”
