“Hotel is good and location is great. Reception services are poor though. I was charged 9.50 euros for access to the gym - which would have been fine because the gym is great. The issue is reception never told me about the charge in advance - it suddenly appeared in my final bill. I also tried to do an early checkin which they didn’t allow me even with the hotel clearly not fully booked. “Se suponía que el hotel tenía piscina, spa, gimnasio, restaurante y cuando llegamos la piscina el spa y el gimnasio estaban cerrados e intentamos pedir servicio de habitaciones pero también estaba cerrado. ”
