“Calidad muy justo y muy caro”

“Hotel desatendido. Me dieron una habitación junto a otra que celebraban una fiesta de cumpleaños. Cuando pedí que me cambiaran a otra más tranquila no quisieron , dijeron que si me molestaban que ellos les llamarían la atención. Cuando los de la fiesta volvieron de la discoteca a las dos por supuesto me despertaron con ruido y música. Necesite avisar dos veces para que dejaran de hacer ruido No pude volver a dormirme y tenía que ir al aeropuerto a las cuatro de la mañana ”

“I was only there for one night in transit. The hotel was fine, I had had a fall on the way there and the reception desk provided plasters for which I was grateful, the kettle in my room was defective and they provided a replacement very promptly. The bed was comfortable which is of course also very important.”

“The hotel was lovely. Clean, well presented with excellent facilities. The room was modern and comfortable and we even had sky tv. The main reception area was also modern, clean and beautifully presented with Starbucks easily accessible. Breakfast was great, the pool was fab and we spent a good amount of time in there. The bar area was also a great space and offered live football which we loved. The only criticism I would have would be the food in the bar - we found it expensive and poor...
