The hotel is ok and very convenient if you have something at NRG Stadium. For some reason the room was very humid, and sometimes there were marihuana odors, but other than that, everything was good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, I would encourage you guys to honor the 100% smoke free policy

There is no small ice box in the room they give you literally 2 sheets to sleep with so you have to turn ac way up or freeze so cant be comfortable.The bath tub wouldn't plug so had to cover it with a towel to take a bath. Staff was friendly but I had asked for 2 rooms both not wheelchair rooms so they had baths and made reservations almost a week before and they gave one of our rooms away leaving us way away from each other and one in a room with a shower and smelling the smoke from the room beside us all night and none of us smoke.

Overall great stay for the price and location

Customer service was top notch! Room was updated and visually appealing. Located in sketchy area but very close to NRG and restaurants and never felt unsafe. Our room smelled of smoke and I wish I had a comforter or blanket rather than just a sheet.
